On a cool Sunday morning, they all gathered at their home courts to do battle with the Serpell warriors.
A tense battle ensued, and the contest was so intriguing that even the contestants of the club champs semi-finals came round to sneak a peek at what was happening in-between their sets!
Sets were even for the first two stanzas, although Our Donvale heroes had made a decisive advantage in games. In the end the pressure was just too much for the Serpell contingent.
Well done Brendan, Christos, Sanya and Mikaela. You’ve earned a rest after a hard season, and hopefully more success in the future.
